  • Returns: Returns for orders can be set up within 30 days from the order date. After 30 days, an order is no longer eligible for a refund or a replacement. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    For returns, we can accept an item sent back for a refund of the purchase price of the item (if any discounts are applied, the refund will reflect the discounted price, not the full price). Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Exchanges: We are unable to process direct exchanges. We can accept a return for a refund (see above), and then you are free to reorder the item in the size that you prefer.

  • Cancellations: Orders that have not yet been fulfilled can be cancelled. Contact merch@notsorryproductions with “Cancellation” and your order number in the subject line. Once an order has been fulfilled, unfortunately you will have to go through the return policy as described above.
